We are a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to supporting the men and women of our sea services. We are a civilian organization which is part of a worldwide organization with over 30,000 members in 200 councils across America, Europe and Asia. Locally we are comprised of over 200 members and support members of the sea services located in Southeastern New England. Our membership is comprised of individuals and local corporations.

We advocate – we educate – the public and our congress on the need for a strong and effective, and capable Sea Services – Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and US Flag Merchant Marine. Our council also supports the families of the Sea Service members. In addition we support two Sea Cadet units for the youth (ages 11-17) of our communities.

Our council holds approximately ten events each year in which we pay tribute to and honor our local service men and woman. In addition we participate in approximately 150 graduation and award ceremonies at local Navy and Coast Guard commands.
